Location, Main Services, and Regulations
Bavieco Resort is located on nearly 100 hectares of forests, hills, gardens, ponds, and rice fields, on the eastern slope (cool in summer, warm in winter) of the legendary Ba Vì Mountain (with 3 peaks: Vua Peak, Sơn Tinh Peak, Ngọc Hoa Peak), and has two entrances: Gate B and Gate A.
It is a natural ecological space with forests and diverse vegetation, clear streams from the headwaters, natural mineral springs, and a beautiful landscape – creating a peaceful, relaxing environment with strong spiritual meaning. Ba Vì is considered a sacred symbol of Vietnamese ancestors, a symbol of wining power, and a land where spiritual energy converges. It is also seen as a “national dragon vein,” where people come to pray for fortune – prosperity – longevity.
Bavieco Resort is designed into thematic “zones” (Xóm) such as: Timber Stilt-house zone, Mộc Flower zone, Banyan Tree zone, Green Tea Tree zone, etc.
Timber Stilt-House zone (Xóm Nhà sàn)
A 100-year-old wooden stilt house area, with a dining house and a large communal stilt-house space for 30–50 people.
Lecture hall and stage; capacity for 100 indoor seats and 500 outdoor seats.
Separate/private spaces for team building, gala dinners, conferences, receptions, events, etc.
“Vách Núi” basement house: ideal for families and children who want the closest experience of mountain rural life.
Mộc Flowers zone (Xóm Hoa Mộc)
Private villas such as Mộc House, Tuệ Tĩnh House, Lotus House, etc.; the hill has thousands of flowering/ornamental trees, including fragrant orange jasmine flowers blooming year-round.
Organic vegetable garden and a private cooking/BBQ area for adults and friends.

Banyan Tree zone (Xóm Cây Đa)
The A3 building (6 floors) is a high-end accommodation and wellness area with 50 rooms, 2 elevators, and functional facilities: swimming pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, ethnic herbal foot-soak, massage, acupressure, a 100-seat buffet restaurant on the 1st floor, and a rooftop Bar & Cafe.
Green Tea Trees zone (Xóm Chè)
Located on a tea-hill area, where guests can take photos and experience tea processing/production.
Building B1 is the base of the Bavieco Traditional Herbal Medicine Clinic. It is described as the first clinic in modern Vietnamese history that provides traditional medicine treatment services using 100% Vietnamese herbal remedies; and No Charges are collected for medicines or medical services if patients do not experience a reduction in symptoms after a treatment course of 15, 21, or 30 days, apply to conditions such as: headaches due to neck bone problem; sciatica; knee/joint pain; frozen shoulder; back pain; stomach pain; itching/urticaria; chronic weakness; chronic rhinitis; bleeding hemorrhoids, etc.
Each month, a traditional medicine treatment team provides services following the model: specialists/doctors together with traditional folk healers.
Building B2 is for standardized convalescence and recovery care. Patients needing rehabilitation can stay with 60 beds; modern rooms have 3 beds each with spacious, clean sanitation facilities.
The 1st floor of B2 has a large, beautiful restaurant, where guests can order vegetarian herbal dishes upon request.
A modern Hà Tây Theater accommodates 200 – 300 audiences; performances/music can be booked weekly upon request.
Turtle Pond Area (Ao Rùa)
Provides public services for guests and members’ children/grandchildren when visiting Bavieco Resort.
BBQ Shop provides equipment and food so families can enjoy BBQ and outdoor dining in the peaceful Ba Vì forest setting.
A private BBQ & Grill area where families can grill and sing together.
Tea & Cafe is a place to admire unique architectural elements such as gem-stone decoration, a water-spraying “carp transforming into a dragon” sculptures, Cửu Long Quy (Nine-Dragon Turtle), located in the middle of the Turtle Pond filled with water lilies.
Water Lily House sits by the lake with fish and water lilies, where families can experience life by the water.
Green House is located near tea hills, a stream, and the turtle pond, ideal for romantic moonlit nights with mountain and pond scenery.
REGULATION
Priority is given to individuals who hold a Membership Card or Gift Voucher, and to pre-registered groups from organizations, enterprises, and families.
No ticket is sold to walk-in visitors, and no entrance fee is charged.
All guests must strictly comply with the rules and regulations posted at locations throughout the Bavieco Resort. These rules form an appendix and a binding part of any accommodation and/or medical treatment contract/agreement.
